These lemon protein balls have a zesty and refreshing flavour, a delightful twist compared to traditional protein snacks. Packed with protein, they provide a sustained energy boost, helping to curb hunger and maintain blood sugar levels. And they are delicious!


Lemon Protein Balls


Ingredients

  1. 200 gr cashew nuts (unsalted)

  2. 100 gr desiccated coconut

  3. 90 gr pitted dates

  4. 1 lemon

  5. 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract

Method


1. Mix together in food processor

2. Roll in balls and roll in extra coconut

3. Put in fridge for up to a week
