IT'S LOVE AT FIRST BITE! TRY THIS ROCKY ROAD TREAT FOR SMILES ALL ROUND

It's love at first bite! Delight your loved ones with this super delicious Rocky Road treat. Opt for a heart-shaped tin for extra smiles all round.

Heart Rocky Road

Ingredients:

• 300g milk chocolate (melted)

• Scotch Finger biscuits (about 7)

• Marshmallows (about 15)

• Red lollies (about 100g)

• Red M&Ms (about 50g)
  

Method:

• In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate in 30-second intervals (stirring in between).

• Add chopped biscuits, marshmallows, lollies and M&Ms to a large bowl.

• Pour in melted chocolate and mix until evenly coated.

• Place rocky road into a lined tray and top with sprinkles and additional toppings.

• Leave in the fridge to set for at least an hour.
