Light up the night at the most unique, neon-infused run you’ll ever experience!

To be held in Sydney and Melbourne later this year, the ILLUMI Run brings together live DJs, four distinct glow zones and a neon-splashed 5km run. Not surprisingly, early bird tickets are selling fast!

Since it first debuted in Singapore in 2013, the ILLUMI Run has been held in 12 different cities across four countries.

More than 129,000 runners have run, danced and glowed their way along the 5km route making it the world’s most illuminated night run.

Now, the famous ILLUMI Run is set to light up three Australian capital cities in 2023 –Sydney and Melbourne, with Perth to follow early next year.

Runners can expect live DJ sets, four themed zones with fluoro lighting, bubbles and more. Every zone also includes “neon-splash” activities, where runners are splattered with ILLUMI Glow Water (a non-toxic, water-based paint that is luminous under ultra-violet light) making them virtually glow in the dark.

“The ILLUMI Run is the perfect combination of a fun run, a dance festival and a night out with your mates,” Luke Hannan, Managing Director at ILLUMI Run, said.

“But, expect to get messy with bubbles, foam and a lot of glow water!”

The four glow zones are spaced throughout the course to encourage runners to stop for a dance and a party.

Crazy Laser Zone 1 includes UV lighting and EDM music, Neon Life Zone 2 has disco music and neon decor,

Bubble Pop Zone 3 is dedicated to bubbles and KPop, and Glo Mania Zone 4 has even more paint splashes, UV lighting and a DJ playing the latest hits.

As well as a night full of colour, music and a run, runners also receive a heap of swag valued at $45 per kit, including a splash t-shirt, light foam stick, goggles, and medal, along with a bag to carry it all in.
