Pineapple Delight Cocktail

HAPPY SOUR COCKTAIL

Ingredients

• SodaStream Sparkling Water

• 60ml of Tequila

• Lime Juice

• 30ml of Orange Liquor

• Ice

Method

1. To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water. Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.

2. Add 60ml of tequila, a squeeze of lime juice, 30ml of orange liquor and ice to a shaker.

3. Shake away before pouring into a glass. Top up with SodaStream sparkling water. Then stir and garnish.

PINEAPPLE DELIGHT

Ingredients

• SodaStream sparkling water

• 60ml of vodka

• 60ml of pineapple juice

• 30ml white Vermont

• 15ml of Soda Press Co Summer Orange

• Lemon

• Ice

Method

1. To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water. Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.

2. To a shaker add 60ml of vodka, a squeeze of lemon juice, 60ml of pineapple juice, 30ml of white vermouth, ice and 15ml of Soda press summer orange.

3. Shake before pouring over ice and topping up with SodaStream sparkling water and stir. Garnish and enjoy!
