This easy to make recipe is a delightful concoction designed to give your brain a wholesome lift! Crafted with care, it combines the natural sweetness of a banana with a vibrant mix of organic berries and coconut yogurt, all heightened by the nutritional potency of chia seeds and a touch of spirulina.


Brain Boosting Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients


Smoothie


1 banana

1 cup organic mixed frozen berries

1 tbsp heap of coconut yogurt

1 tsp of chia seeds

Half tsp spirulina


Method


Mix everything in a blender until you reach a smooth consistency.,


Toppings


Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds Quarter cup of baked oats/or good quality muesli

Sprinkle of sultanas

Sprinkle of almonds

Sprinkle of coconut flakes

Whatever fresh fruit you like. I love adding berries, mango, kiwi and nectarines.


Method


1. Mix everything in a blender until you reach a smooth consistency.

2. Add your favourite toppings.
