The Stayz 2024 Holiday Homes of the Year, featuring 10 of the most remarkable private holiday homes across Australia, recognises spectacular waterfront homes, wine region stays, ski and countryside escapes in destinations including Hamilton Island, Mount Buller, Margaret River and Kangaroo Valley.

In fact, according to consumer research conducted on behalf of Expedia Group, 31% say that the quality of a home’s outdoor amenities is the key factor in deciding which vacation home to book
